In 2022, Jordan Foster, the Sheepscar Sex Offender, from Leeds, who recorded a woman using a toilet at the city’s railway station, was sentenced to 14 months in prison.
Jordan Foster, 25, went into the female toilets on 8 July, with the 20-year-old woman seeing him leaning over from the next cubicle with a phone in his hand.
Jordan Foster, residing on Leylands Road in Sheepscar, violated a sexual harm prevention order and previously confessed to voyeurism.
At Leeds Crown Court, he received an additional mandate and is required to register as a sex offender for a duration of seven years.
The British Transport Police reported that Jordan Foster entered the restrooms on the main concourse at approximately 21:30 BST, prompting the victim to notify other women upon seeing Foster.
She requested that he relinquish his phone, but Jordan Foster successfully fled.
Detective Constable Gregg Whittaker, the investigating officer in the case, described it as a “repugnant violation of privacy.”
“Jordan Foster’s violation of a sexual harm prevention order imposed for a prior offence rendered a custodial sentence unavoidable,” he stated.
“I hope his time in jail will give him the opportunity to reflect on his sordid behaviour, the impact on his victim and ultimately prevent him from reoffending.”
