Mobarak Almutairi, the Manchester Paedophile, born on 30 May 2006, residing on Whitworth Street West, received a sentence of three years and eight months at Manchester Crown Court on Thursday, 16 September.

Mobarak Almutairi was admitted to 20 charges of sexual offences, encompassing sexual assault, outraging public decency, and acts related to obscene images.

In February 2025, Mobarak Almutairi was apprehended after he trailed three young girls into a store on Market Street, where he inappropriately touched and sexually abused one of them.

Subsequent to this report, our officers successfully located Mobarak Almutairi utilising CCTV footage, apprehended him, and confiscated his electronic gadgets.

Officers uncovered not just a tape of the aforementioned act made by Mobarak Almutairi but also thousands of obscene photographs of youngsters, primarily produced by Almutairi.

Nearly 4,000 obscene photographs were retrieved from his devices, revealing a history of sexual assault against youngsters both domestically and internationally.

Our committed officers meticulously examined this information to identify each child, some as young as eight years old, and to guarantee that they and their families received safety and support.

In conjunction with his sentencing, Mobarak Almutairi has been placed on the sex offender registry for life and has received a sexual harm prevention order.
