Lisa Biron is a disbarred attorney, a Pedophile from Manchester, New Hampshire, and a convicted child molester and child pornographer.
In November 2012, she was charged federally with the sexual exploitation of her 14-year-old daughter, which included transporting her to Canada for sexual relations with a male.
She was found guilty on all counts at a trial conducted in January 2013 and subsequently sentenced to 40 years of incarceration in May. Lisa Biron is currently incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee.
On September 29, 2012, Brandon Ore, an 18-year-old from Merrimack, informed Manchester police investigators that he had seen child pornography on Lisa Biron’s laptop computer.
Ore initially encountered Lisa Biron in the summer of 2012 in response to a Craigslist advertisement posted by “two girls, 18 and 33, seeking to socialise.” He cohabited with them in July 2012 and engaged in sexual relations with the “18-year-old” on multiple occasions.
Two months post-residence, he vacated the premises and reported to the authorities upon discovering that the two “roommates” were, in fact, a mother and daughter, and that the “18-year-old” was actually a 14-year-old girl.
On October 9, law enforcement secured a search warrant for Lisa Biron’s residence.
Following a forensic investigation that revealed five recordings and two images of her daughter engaged in sexual acts with an unidentified male, Lisa Biron was apprehended that same day and charged with seven counts of possession of child pornography.
She was liberated on a $35,000 bond.
On October 26, Lisa Biron was formally arraigned and mandated to refrain from contact with her daughter, prohibited from unsupervised interactions with individuals under 18, restricted to using her computer solely for professional purposes, and forbidden from possessing weapons.
Her daughter was placed in foster care.
On May 22, 2013, a 40-year prison term was imposed on Lisa Biron.
He asserted that Lisa Biron had perpetrated “extraordinarily egregious” offences that inflicted “incalculable” harm on her daughter’s welfare.
Lisa Biron faced a minimum sentence of 25 years and a maximum of 100 years in jail according to sentencing standards.
Judge Barbadoro stated that he contemplated issuing a 100-year sentence but ultimately refrained from doing so, partly due to a plea from her daughter.
In a taped statement, the daughter asserted that Lisa Biron was “not the monster she is portrayed as” and desired her to receive a second opportunity.
In November 2014, the First Circuit upheld Lisa Biron’s conviction, and in March 2015, the United States Supreme Court refused Lisa Biron’s plea for certiorari.
On October 2, 2017, Lisa Biron’s petition to vacate her sentence was rejected.
Lisa Biron, United States Bureau of Prisons Federal Register #12775-049, is now incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution, Tallahassee, in Tallahassee, Florida.
The BOP inmate database indicates that Lisa Biron’s earliest potential release date is December 30, 2047, at which time she will be 77 years old.
