Johnathan Jones, the Sketty Rapist, from Swansea, has been incarcerated after admitting guilt to the rape and sexual abuse of a male victim.
Johnathan Jones, 41, from Sketty, lured his vulnerable victim into a bar toilet cubicle, and when the victim attempted to resist, Jones sought to entice him with money to proceed.
Following the victim’s disclosure to the police, Johnathan Jones was apprehended on the same day.
Subsequent to originally asserting that the sexual encounter was consensual, Johnathan Jones entered a guilty plea to two charges of rape, along with additional charges of sexual assault and assault by penetration.
Johnathan Jones has received a jail sentence of nine years, with an additional four-year extension, resulting in a total custodial duration of 13 years.
