He transmitted screenshots of the Condor Ferries’ website to the ‘kid’ and said, “Inform me of your arrival, and I shall meet you.” Upon the boy’s admission of never having bought ferry tickets, Mike Pepperell advised him to seek assistance or visit the Condor office.
Mike Pepperell confessed to transmitting images of his genitalia to an individual who was ultimately revealed to be a paedophile hunter from Jersey.
Judge Russel Finch characterised the sexual substance of the messages as ‘deplorable.’
