Inexcusable behaviour exhibited by a Birmingham Sex Offender, Paul Badley, who kissed a young woman without her consent and lifted her top to kiss her chest.
A Birmingham Sex Offender, Paul Badley, has been incarcerated after being convicted of two charges of sexual assault.
In June 2023, Paul Badley was engaged in temporary agency work as a housing officer at Rugby Borough Council.
In the course of this endeavour, he encountered an 18-year-old. During her relocation, he kissed her and thereafter raised her top without consent, kissing her on the chest.
The woman contacted the police shortly after his departure, initiating an inquiry.
Paul Badley was promptly identified as the suspect, and he was apprehended two days later. Upon being informed, the council dismissed him from the position.
A 58-year-old resident sex offender of Newcombe Road, Birmingham, was charged with two charges of sexual assault and, after a four-day trial in mid-August, was unanimously convicted by the jury.
On Wednesday, September 24, he was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison at Warwick Crown Court. Paul Badley received a seven-year restraining order and will be permanently registered as a sex offender.
