A British man, Rasseika Duncan, the Manchester Paedophile Rapist, has been sentenced to 11 years in prison for raping a 15-year-old girl and inducing her to participate in sexual activity after meeting her in a town centre.
Rasseika Duncan (04/11/1984), currently homeless, was sentenced at Manchester Crown Square Court on Thursday, September 18, following a conviction in June of this year.
The court was informed that on Saturday, October 1, 2022, Rasseika Duncan encountered a girl wandering in Hyde at approximately 8 PM.
Following a succinct dialogue, Rasseika Duncan persuaded the girl to accompany him to his residence in the Stalybridge vicinity. En route, he purchased a lot of cannabis.
Upon returning to the location, he secured the door of the room, imposing himself upon her and persisting in his assault despite her efforts to resist.
A friend of the girl had previously reported seeing her with Rasseika Duncan and expressed worries; consequently, her phone was traced, leading investigators to the address where they arrested him later that evening.
Subsequent to an extensive inquiry conducted by GMP’s Tameside Child Sexual Exploitation branch, Rasseika Duncan was indicted for the offences.
Alongside his punishment, he has been issued an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and a restraining order.
