A City of London Police Officer, the alleged South Woodham Ferrers Paedophile, Thomas Hawkes, has been charged with child sexual crimes.
Thomas Hawkes, 23, of Broughton Road, South Woodham Ferrers, was charged with one crime of sexual communication with a minor and one count of meeting a minor following sexual grooming.
“He was granted conditional bail and is scheduled to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Thursday, October 9th.”
