A Paedophile from Bedford, Robert Brookes, has been incarcerated for enticing a girl into sexual acts in return for money and narcotics.
Robert Brookes, 37, often supplied the victim with cocaine and cannabis before proposing monetary compensation for sexual acts.
He also cultivated a friendship with a companion of the victim over social media and endeavoured to manipulate her similarly.
Robert Brookes was brought to our attention when a relative of the victim observed the communications he had sent to her.
Following an extensive investigation, Robert Brookes was convicted of two counts of inducing a girl to participate in sexual behaviour, two counts of distributing a Class A substance, and two counts of proposing to sell cocaine.
Robert Brookes received a sentence of six years and three months today (Wednesday) at Luton Crown Court.
