A 66-year-old Harrogate Paedophilee Child Molester, Adrian Phipps, has been incarcerated after being convicted of sexually assaulting a child thirty years prior.

Adrian Phipps, residing at Station View, Harrogate, refuted allegations of indecently abusing a minor under the age of 16 between the years 1995 to 1996.

After a trial at York Crown Court, a jury convicted him of two counts of indecent assault against a minor under 16, and today, 12 August, he received a sentence of four years and four months in jail.

Adrian Phipps was handed a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and placed on the permanent prohibited list, so banning him from any future employment involving minors. The judge additionally mandated the confiscation and destruction of Phipps’ phones and the photographs therein.

At the commencement of the trial, he admitted guilt to an additional three charges of producing indecent pictures of a minor. The jury acquitted Adrian Phipps on six further charges of indecent assault.

The assaults occurred in a store in the Harrogate vicinity when Adrian Phipps was serving as a radio DJ for Harrogate District Hospital.
