A former headteacher and Formby Paedophile Child Molester, Mark Bocker, convicted of sexually assaulting three girls at his school has received a 42-month prison sentence.
Mark Bocker, 65, perpetrated abuse against teenagers from 2007 to 2016 at a school in the Oswaldtwistle region.
Mark Bocker, residing on Gores Lane in Formby, was found guilty of three charges of sexual assault in violation of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 during a trial conducted last month.
He attended Burnley Crown Court today (Thursday, August) where he was sentenced to 42 months in imprisonment.
He was issued an indefinite sexual harm prevention order and will be registered as a sex offender for life.
Mark Bocker appeared in court in March 2022 after admitting to possessing indecent pictures.
Authorities discovered child exploitation photographs on one of Mark Bocker’s devices, which featured depictions of girls as young as eight being victimised.
Thirteen photos were classified in Category A, the most severe, while twenty-three were categorised in Category B and forty-six in Category C.
Mark Bocker received a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and was mandated to do rehabilitation programs for the prior offence.
