Ismail Hussain, alleged Huddersfield Rapist, is scheduled to appear before magistrates following a charge of rape.
The purported incident transpired in Huddersfield town centre during the early hours of Saturday morning (2 August).
Ismail Hussain, 27, now without a permanent residence, is scheduled to appear at the morning session of Leeds Magistrate’s Court on 6 August.
The victim is receiving assistance from professionally trained officers.
