Tracey Connelly, the mother of Baby Peter, has initiated a new attempt for release after violating her license restrictions and has informed ‘friends’ in prison of her intention to create a ‘membership only’ ONLY FANS page in the future.
Tracey Connelly’s young son perished at 17 months in 2007 after enduring over 50 injuries over an eight-month span. Subsequently, it was revealed that the authorities overlooked 60 chances to save him.
At 43, she is initiating a new attempt for liberation shortly after being incarcerated again for violating licensing stipulations.
Tracey Connelly herself does not even advocate for a complete unconditional release back into the public, the Parole Board will be informed, but British Justice will ensure she is back on the streets without any monitoring we are sure.
The Parole Board stated in a ruling mandating a public two-day parole hearing: “The current psychological risk assessment indicates that her risk of violence remains low.” However, the risk would be significant and potentially immediate if she were granted access to children while other risk factors exist.
Ms. Tracey Connelly, throughout the conversation, indicated that she will not pursue unconditional release because of the support she would forfeit.
Tracey Connelly was incarcerated at the Old Bailey in 2009 for causing or permitting the death of Peter. She was released on licence in 2013, but was subsequently recalled in 2015 for violating parole rules by selling naked photographs online.
Tracey Connelly, whose parole applications in 2015, 2017, and 2019 were denied, was subsequently released on license in July 2022.
She was returned to incarceration in September for violating the terms of her parole while residing at a bail hostel. It was unclear how she violated her licence, but she was subjected to a curfew and required to declare her relationships.
Tracey Connelly’s internet and telephone usage was monitored, and she was prohibited from accessing specific locations. She had transformed her identity on a WeightWatchers site, adopting the persona of a woman named Connie.
Documents assert that she experiences PTSD and endured “bullying and aggression” following her reincarceration. Her attorney advocated for the forthcoming parole hearing to be conducted privately.
The report asserts: “He contends that a public hearing will only intensify these issues and will significantly impair Ms. Tracey Connelly’s capacity to provide effective and accurate testimony at the hearing.”
However, the Parole Board determined that the hearing will be conducted publicly. Peter, previously identified in news sources as Baby P, sustained 50 injuries, including a fractured spine and broken ribs, at his residence in Tottenham, North London.
In 2009, Steven Barker was sentenced to 12 years in prison for causing or permitting the death of 17-month-old Peter Connelly in Tottenham, North London, in 2007. Upon Peter’s demise, he exhibited a fractured spine and ribs, and his fingernails had been forcibly extracted.
Barker received a life sentence with a minimum period of 10 years after being found guilty of raping a two-year-old in a separate trial.
In 2025, the Parole Board declared that Barker was not deemed safe for release or transfer to a lower-category jail.
His brother, Jason Owen, was sentenced to six years in prison for permitting Peter’s death and is now out with a new identity provided by the police, and has taken up body building, living life to the full.
