Mohammad Kabir, 23 years old, is an alleged paedophile Afghan asylum seeker who was directly involved in the rape of a 12 year old British girl.
Mohammad Kabir was pursued by police on Tuesday, July 22, after the assault was reported.
Mohammad Kabir, was arrested on allegations of assisting in the rape, as well as for strangling and abducting the child.
Mohammad Kabir, previously apprehended, has been charged for involvement in the rape and is in custody until the scheduled court date.
