Joseph Chapman, aged 36, is a paedophile. He manipulated two 14-year-old females he connected on Snapchat under the alias PJ, providing them with vapes.
Joseph Chapman perpetrated sexual assaults on both victims within his vehicle, with the offences occurring in Burnley and Colne.
He was apprehended in May 2023 and confessed to his actions during the police interrogation.
Joseph Chapman, from Lydgate, Burnley, entered a plea of not guilty but was ultimately convicted of four charges of engaging in sexual activity with a minor after a trial at Preston Crown Court. He returned to court on Wednesday, July 23rd, and was sentenced to 11 years and three months in prison.
