A 21-year-old Rinkfield Paedophile, Charley Currie, has been incarcerated for violating his interim Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
A SHPO is a judicial mandate intended to safeguard the public from sexual harm by imposing restrictions on an individual’s conduct.
Charley Currie, 21, of Rinkfield, Kendal, a registered sex offender under a court order, was punished on 17 July after admitting to two violations at a prior hearing.
The violations, which transpired in Kendal, involved two instances in which he approached a minor under the age of 16 in a public setting—an explicit restriction outlined in his interim order issued by Barrow Magistrates Court in January of this year.
Charley Currie was sentenced to nine months of incarceration.
