A Paedophile from York, Marcus Lee Noble, has been sentenced to almost five years in prison for engaging in sexual conduct with a juvenile girl and for declining to disclose his mobile phone login details.
Marcus Lee Noble, 26, of Thornton Road, York, was sentenced at York Crown Court on 11 July.
This occurred subsequent to an inquiry on the sexual exploitation of a minor female when Noble was 23 years old.
Marcus Lee Noble refuted the claims during the inquiry and subjected his young victim to the distress of a Crown Court trial.
Fortunately, the jury discerned his deceit and on 23 May adjudicated him guilty of three charges of inducing a child to participate in sexual activity and one charge of failing to give a password/PIN in violation of Section 49 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act.
Marcus Lee Noble declined to disclose the PIN code for his mobile device, which was anticipated to contain evidence.
