An Arbroath Paedophile online sex offender, Norman Mathieson, utilised a Mr. Bean Facebook page to conduct lewd conversations with female adolescents.
Social media surveillance Norman Mathieson believed that the adolescents he was conversing with were 15 years old.
He continued to solicit explicit images from one victim and attempted to arrange a sexual encounter with another.
Norman Mathieson is currently listed on the sex offenders register and will have interviews with social workers prior to his sentencing in July.
Norman Mathieson pleaded guilty to deliberately attempting to induce a 15-year-old girl to engage in sexual behaviour by giving her monetary compensation in exchange for nude images of herself on March 14 and 15, 2023.
The 64-year-old, Norman Mathieson, now of Leonard Street, is currently on bail, and he will be sentenced on July 17.
