A Kinellar paedophile engineer, Michael Insch who was terminated from his position following his arrest on allegations of paedophilia, has evaded incarceration after a jury conviction.
Michael Insch transmitted an inappropriate video of himself to a female decoy whom he presumed to be a 13-year-old girl.
His interactions with what he believed to be a minor resulted in his appearance at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, where the 48-year-old faced trial earlier this year.
Michael Insch asserted that he was aware he was communicating with an adult; nonetheless, the jury disagreed and rendered a guilty verdict.
During sentencing, Michael Insch’s defence attorney, Paul Barnett, informed the court that his client did experience a degree of sexual arousal when conversing with an individual who claimed to be thirteen years old.
