A convicted Worthing Paedophile, Maurice McEntire, sentenced to 14 years in 2023 for the rape and abuse of minors as young as six, has died in jail with Father Time doing what the gutless British Justice System won’t.
Maurice McEntire of Worthing passed away on June 14, 2025, at HMP Swaleside.
The paedophile had a prior diagnosis of severe chronic coronary heart disease and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), had immobility for several years while incarcerated, and ultimately succumbed to significant suffering.
An inquiry into his demise is presently underway.
Maurice McEntire was convicted of numerous rapes, attempted rapes, and indecent assaults during a 14-year span involving three young girls. The youngest is six years old.
His horrific maltreatment of the young victims was sexually, physically, and emotionally menacing, resulting in enduring consequences for the victims.
