Joseph Kelly, 38, the alleged Climax Mayor Pedophile, GA, has been apprehended and charged with two charges of child abuse. And Natalie Kelly the alleged Climax Pedophile, 44, has been apprehended and charged with two charges of second-degree cruelty to children.
On Saturday, May 31, 2025, the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office solicited the aid of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to examine claims of sexual contact between Joseph Kelly and multiple kids. Joseph Kelly and Natalie Kelly were apprehended later that day by GBI agents and investigators from the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office. They were incarcerated at the Decatur County Jail.
Joseph Kelly is the mayor of Climax and works for the Decatur County School District. Currently, there is no evidence suggesting that the purported actions are connected to his employment [WEIRD THING TO SAY].
The GBI inquiry is still active and ongoing. Upon completion, it will be sent to the South Georgia Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
