A Banbury Sex Offender, Peter Wasilewski, has been incarcerated for committing acts that outraged public decency in Banbury, following an investigation by Thames Valley Police.

Peter Wasilewski, 44, homeless, received a six-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to a charge of outraging public decency at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (23/4).

Peter Wasilewski is had to pay a victim surcharge of £154.

In 16 March of the previous year, at approximately 4:20 PM, Peter Wasilewski indecently exposed himself to the victim in High Street, Banbury.

Peter Wasilewski was apprehended on 29 March of the previous year and indicted on 14 November.

Investigating officer DC Cory Vigilante said: “This was a shocking incident where Peter Wasilewski exposed himself on a busy high street and was seen to do so by several members of the public.

“We are committed to addressing non-contact sexual offences, and will investigate these crimes thoroughly.
