A purported Chalk Hill Paedophile child sex offender, Mohammed Vasim, has additionally been charged with threatening to sever an individual’s tongue and break their fingers.
Mohammed Vasim, 23, appeared at Hatfield Magistrates’ Court on January 10, facing two charges of penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15, engaging in sexual correspondence with a minor, issuing threats of serious damage, and assault by beating.
Mohammed Vasim was given conditional bail prior to a plea and trial preparation hearing at Luton Crown Court on February 10.
Court documents indicate that the sexual activity allegations pertain to purported acts in Bedfordshire on August 15 and September 10 of the previous year, involving the penetration of the 15-year-old victim’s vagina with the defendant’s penis.
Mohammed Vasim, from Chalk Hill, is also accused of expressing a desire to pursue additional sexual activity (between August 16 and January 4 of this year) and threatened “to snap the complainant’s fingers, chop off their tongue, and disfigure their face” (on September 16), through communications conducted in Hertfordshire.
The alleged attack transpired on September 6.
Court documents identify the same girl as the victim in each case, except for the threats of violence, where a victim is not designated.
