A high-risk Perth Paedophile, Stephen Bell, who exposed himself to children and performed a sexual act while seated on a headstone in Aberdeen has been sentenced to 30 months in prison.
Stephen Bell, 62, a serial sex offender, received an additional three-year extended term to safeguard the public from potential danger.
