A Crieff Paedophile pensioner, William Nicoll, previously convicted of molesting a horse, has confessed to sexually abusing a minor at a McDonald’s in Perth.
William Nicoll was registered as a sex offender in 2013 after being apprehended for inappropriately touching a horse.
The 75-year-old appeared at Perth Sheriff Court last week and admitted to twice slapping a woman’s buttocks at the McDonald’s on Dunkeld Road.
William Nicoll confessed to sexually assaulting the adolescent by slapping her buttocks and stroking her shoulder on May 23 of this year.
According to The Courier, fiscal depute Andrew Harding said the court: “The accused approached the complainer and greeted them with ‘hello’.”
He persisted in conversing with her before touching her twice on the left shoulder.
The accused, while departing, struck the complainer’s posterior with an open hand.
“Certainly, this was communicated to the authorities,” Mr. Harding stated.
Sheriff Euan Duthie postponed sentencing until July 13 for the preparation of background reports.
The court is also contemplating a non-harassment order to prohibit William Nicoll from contacting his victim.
William Nicoll appeared in court nine years prior and acknowledged a charge of sexually aggravated breach of the peace.
The court was informed that children observed him repeatedly placing his hand into a horse’s anus in a pasture near Crieff.
When faced with the owner’s revulsion towards the foal, he remarked, “I am exceedingly lonely.”
Prosecutor Carol Whyte informed the court that the horse’s owner was “physically sick” by the occurrence.
“He appeared so absorbed in his activity that he failed to notice her and her children approaching,” she stated.
William Nicoll is scheduled to be sentenced for the sexual assault on July 13.
