Colin Waring informed a mother of his desire to sexually assault her two kids, ages eight and twelve.
The father of three, Colin Waring, disseminated a child rape film during disturbing online conversations with a woman named “Jennie”.
The 30-year-old gave her an image of his genitalia with the phrase “Ped Dad,” an abbreviation for paedophile dad, inscribed on it.
Throughout the entire interaction, the perpetrator was conversing with an undercover police officer, and her daughters were fictitious.
Colin Waring communicated with the officer, who impersonated Jennie on the Kik Messenger platform, from April 30 to May 5 of the previous year.
The paedophile, Colin Waring, from Thornleigh Avenue, Eastham, transmitted two indecent photos of minors on May 4, 2020, one of which was a film depicting rape.
Colin Waring admitted guilt to two charges of disseminating indecent photos of minors.
He, however, refuted two charges of deliberately inciting the perpetration of a crime, specifically the rape of a child under the age of 13.
A jury found Colin Waring guilty on both charges by a vote of 11-1 after a five-day trial.
Colin Waring was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment, followed by an additional year on licence.
