Mark Needham, the Skelmersdale Paedophile, who journeyed to Liverpool to meet a 14-year-old girl, expressed his intention to engage in sexual activity with her in a McDonald’s lavatory.

In communications with the ‘kid’ in 2017, the individual expressed a desire for her to don a short skirt for “facilitated access” to her undergarments.

A 34-year-old individual, Mark Needham, transmitted images of his genitalia and explicit recordings of himself, expressing a desire to engage in sexual activity with a “schoolgirl”.

However, he was actually conversing with a member of a paedophile hunter organisation and was deceived into meeting the ‘female’ at Liverpool Lime Street Station.

Mark Needham, residing in Windrows, Skelmersdale, was apprehended on December 12, 2017, and subsequently confessed; however, charges were not filed until January of this year.

He confessed to attempting to entice a girl into sexual conduct, to meeting a girl under the age of 16 after grooming, to engaging in sexual correspondence with a minor, and to inducing a child to view an image of sexual behaviour.

A judge sentenced Mark Needham to 12 months in prison, stating that the duration would have been significantly extended but for the “inexcusable” three-year delay.
