Paul Roberts, St Helens Paedophile, transmitted inappropriate WhatsApp messages to a youngster, proposing that he execute a sexual “prank” on his mother.

The convicted sex offender, Paul Roberts, manipulated the boy with gifts and persuaded him to his flat to play Xbox.

During his time there, he embraced and kissed the boy, who subsequently undressed during a “water fight” with another child.

However, his aberrant conduct and the specifics of the alleged prank—too indecent for publication—were revealed following the exposure of Paul Roberts’s online alias “Saint.”

In October 2011, Paul Roberts received a 10-year Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) for the possession and distribution of indecent pictures of children.

The 37-year-old resident, Paul Roberts, of Boardsman Lane, St Helens, violated the Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) in 2019 and was sentenced to 16 months of imprisonment, suspended for two years, in July 2020.

He acknowledged violating the SOPO an additional three times and breaching the suspended sentence by transmitting WhatsApp messages, erasing his browsing history following the National Crime Agency’s identification of his online communications, and arranging a meeting with the youngster.

The paedophile, Paul Roberts, was sentenced to three years and four months in prison.
