An appalled observer saw the 50-year-old, Trevor Smith, engaging in a sexual act while gazing at a group of approximately nine teenagers.
She reported feeling “physically ill” and contacted the police, who found him “sweating excessively” and “gasping for air” while pornography was displayed on his mobile device.
The repulsed observer resided in a neighbouring apartment complex and was notified of a commotion in the street at approximately 9:50 PM on March 18 of this year.
Trevor Smith, who possessed a package of cannabis in his flat, has prior convictions for outraging public decency, including an incident with a cleaner’s cone, for which he received a suspended sentence in 2019.
Trevor Smith, the sexual deviant from Hall Street, St Helens, confessed to having cannabis, indecent exposure, and violating a suspended sentence order.
He was incarcerated for a duration of 10 months.
