The Offender Database reported that Tye Hunt, the London and Essex Paedophile Child Molester, was incarcerated for attempting to influence and pressure two young girls into sex.
In 2022 and 2023, Hunt, 23, then residing in Essex, utilised Snapchat to contact and groom two adolescent girls, ages 12 and 14.
He sought to coordinate a meeting with the 12-year-old girl for sexual purposes.
Tye Hunt also transmitted intimate images to her, coercing and manipulating her into reciprocating.
He deceived the 14-year-old girl by asserting he was 16, thereafter transmitting sexual images and promising to finance a hotel for their rendezvous.
The victims contacted their local police, who collected preliminary evidence and collaborated with us after confirming that Tye Hunt resided in the Harwich region.
Tye Hunt, currently residing on Brockley Road, London, was apprehended and subsequently confessed to accusations of attempting to orchestrate a child sex offence and two counts of engaging in sexual correspondence with a minor.
He attended Chelmsford Crown Court for sentencing on Tuesday, 25 November, where he received a prison term of two years and ten months.
Tye Hunt will be subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order that monitors his behaviour and gadget usage.
Restraining orders were also obtained to restrict any form of contact with the victims.
