A Bexleyheath Paedophile, Thomas Smith, who attempted to meet a 13-year-old girl at Bexleyheath Station has been incarcerated again after police found he had been residing in a home with a minor.

Thomas Smith, 29, of Oakhurst Avenue, Bexleyheath, received a two-year prison sentence last March.

He was subsequently released; however, on Thursday, May 1, he was reincarcerated for five weeks due to noncompliance with sex offender registration notification requirements.

Thomas Smith acknowledged residing or staying for a minimum of 12 hours in a household with an individual under 19 years of age and neglected to inform the police.

Last year, Woolwich Crown Court examined how Thomas Smith transmitted sexual messages and an image of his genitalia to what he believed was a young girl over the course of a month.

Upon his arrival at the station to meet her, Thomas Smith was confronted by a group of paedophile hunters who apprehended him and broadcast his arrest live on Facebook.
