The Offender Database reported that Terry Park, aka the Tye O’Shea Basildon Paedophile, was sentenced to 12 years in prison on Friday, December 5, for perpetrating child sexual crimes.
Terry Park, locally referred to as Tye O’Shea, disputed the charges but was convicted by a jury after a nine-day trial at Southend Crown Court in October.
The jury convicted him on one count of rape of a minor under 16 and four counts of sexual assault with penetration.
The survivor in this instance, aided by our police and Synergy Essex, chose to confront her abuser in court while providing testimony.
The 30-year-old, Terry Park, who has no permanent residence, received a 12-year prison sentence, accompanied by an additional four years on licence.
Terry Park received a lifetime restraining order, will be permanently listed on the sex offenders’ register, and will be subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
