In 2019, the Offender Database reported that Shamol Miah, the Mansfield Paedophile Child Rapist, 33, was convicted of raping an 11-year-old girl and has been sentenced to eight years in prison.
Shamol Miah, residing on Little Carter Lane in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, was sentenced at Nottingham Crown Court on January 29.
He admitted guilt to the sexual assault of a minor under the age of 13.
The court was informed of how Shamol Miah confronted his victim in Mansfield town centre in May of the previous year.
After exchanging mobile numbers, they communicated, and he scheduled to collect her from her residence at approximately 4:00 AM.
Shamol Miah transported the girl to a remote location and sexually assaulted her in his vehicle, subsequently returning her to the town centre, where he released her.
Officers located Miah through CCTV investigations, telecommunications analysis, and DNA evidence.
Shamol Miah received a ten-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and was registered as a lifelong Sex Offender.
