Paul Lipscombe, the Rothley Paedophile and Sex Offender, from a tiny community in Leicestershire, has been incarcerated for committing many sexual offences against girls he groomed via Snapchat.
Paul Lipscombe, 51, from Rothley, received a sentence for 34 offences committed against six girls, aged 12 to 15, after he targeted them through a social media application.
A comprehensive police investigation, conducted by a team of committed detectives, aims to reveal the full scope of his offences after discovering six girls he had victimised nationwide.
Upon establishing their trust, Paul Lipscombe would orchestrate private meetings with the girls, during which he perpetrated acts of rape and sexual assault.
Utilising AI technology, he was discovered to be producing and disseminating indecent photos of minors.
Today, Tuesday, November 11, at Leicester Crown Court, Paul Lipscombe received a sentence of 28 years and one month imprisonment after entering a guilty plea in February.
Paul Lipscombe has also been placed on the sex offenders register indefinitely. A restraining order was issued, prohibiting him from contacting the victims.
