Nicholas Stanyon-Tall, a Plymouth Paedophile, has received a substantial prison sentence after being convicted of four counts of rape involving two girls under the age of 16.
Nicholas Stanyon-Tall appeared at Plymouth Crown Court after being convicted by a jury of multiple heinous acts.
The 53-year-old, Nicholas Stanyon-Tall, resident of Kiln Close, Plymouth, has pleaded not guilty to four charges of rape involving two females, whose identities are protected for legal reasons.
The incidents occurred in Plymouth over a four-year span in the 2000s.
Furthermore, Nicholas Stanyon-Tall was convicted of two charges of sexual assault within the same timeframe.
Judge Robert Linford sentenced Nicholas Stanyon-Tall to 18 years of imprisonment, with an additional one-year extended license period for each rape conviction and five years for each sexual assault offence, to be served consecutively.
The 53-year-old was subjected to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 30 years and registered on the Sex Offenders’ Register for life.
He was additionally subjected to a restraining order prohibiting contact with the two victims for the next 30 years and was permanently placed on the disclosure and banning service list.
