The Offender Database reported that Kevin Dell, the Trowbridge Paedophile Child Molester, was convicted on three counts of sexual assault.
Kevin Dell, 61, of Hawthorn Grove, Wiltshire, admitted guilt to three charges of sexual assault on a minor under the age of 13.
He received a 12-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, during a hearing at Swindon Crown Court on December 10.
He is required to register on the Sex Offenders Register for a duration of 10 years, and is also bound by a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and a five-year restraining order.
In December 2023, Kevin Dell sexually attacked a woman, with whom he had a prior acquaintance from his past employment as a postman, by persistently attempting to kiss her.
The police were notified, leading to Dell’s later arrest.
During this inquiry, subsequent to a Sarah’s Law application about Kevin Dell made by a member of the public, more sexual assaults against a second child from 2019 to 2021 were revealed to the Police.
Kevin Dell was then charged with three charges of sexual assault, to which he entered a guilty plea.
