The Offender Database reported that Fred Florence, the Ledbury Rapist Molester, a predatory and violent sex offender, who regarded his victims as ‘subhuman,’ was condemned to 13 years and six months on Friday, December 12.
Fred Florence, 51, of Katherine’s Walk, Ledbury, was sentenced at Hereford Crown Court, exhibiting no remorse.
Fred Florence, depicted in the image, was already serving a sentence of seven years and six months following a conviction in June of this year for a severe GBH assault in 2016, which resulted in life-altering injuries to the victim.
Today, he received a sentence of 13 years and six months for rape, to commence consecutively following his GBH sentence, and will be required to serve an additional five years on parole upon his release due to his status as a dangerous offender.
He received three years for each of two more charges of historical sexual assaults on two young victims, to be served concurrently with the rape sentence.
Fred Florence is required to serve a minimum of two-thirds of both the GBH and rape terms, which collectively amount to 21 years, rendering him ineligible for parole until 2039, 14 years hence.
He is required to register as a sex offender for life.
