In 2022, Derek Harrison, the Kidsgrove Paedophile, was incarcerated following his admission of several charges of historical sexual assault in Staffordshire.
Derek Harrison, 81, of Meadows Road, Kidsgrove, was sentenced to seven years in prison at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on Tuesday, 13 September, after pleading guilty to eight counts of sexual assault of a child under 13, two counts of indecent assault, and one count of producing indecent photographs of a child.
Derek Harrison was additionally registered on the Sex Offenders Register indefinitely.
Derek Harrison was interviewed in August 2020 following a reported complaint of sexual assault to the authorities.
The offences occurred from 1977 to 2015.
