Brendan Dalton, the Coventry Paedophile, has been found guilty of rape and sexual abuse of a young girl in the city. Brendan Dalton inflicted severe assault on the young girl multiple times between 2002 and 2013.
He was identified following her courageous decision to disclose her narrative.
The abuse commenced when the girl was a minor, with Brendan Dalton attacking her multiple times at a location in Coventry.
In 2022, Brendan Dalton engaged in online communication with an individual he presumed to be a 13-year-old child.
This was a ruse; however, Brendan Dalton was apprehended by officials from Coventry LPA.
Upon inspecting Brendan Dalton’s phone, officers discovered obscene photographs of minors, including multiple Category A images, which represent the most severe rating.
Brendan Dalton, 57, faced charges for multiple offences, including rape, indecent assault, the creation of indecent photographs, and sexual communication with a minor.
Brendan Dalton, residing on Coundon Road in Coventry, was found guilty on 2 October at Warwick Crown Court.
He is scheduled for sentencing on 5 December and has been remanded in custody until that date.
