A 73-year-old Dunfermline Paedophile volunteer, William Fraser, at a charity shop in Dunfermline interrogated a 14-year-old boy over his penis size and sexual history.
On November 9 of the previous year, William Fraser initiated a sexual dialogue with his victim at The Salvation Army located on High Street.
At one point he asked the boy if he had ever “had a dick up him”, Dunfermline Sheriff Court heard.
William Fraser appeared in court to plead guilty to exhibiting threatening or abusive behaviour likely to induce fear or alarm by engaging a then-14-year-old child in a sexualised discourse, posing sexualised enquiries, and probing into his sexual history.
William Fraser, residing on Lauder Street in Dunfermline, has been placed on the sex offenders registry prior to sentencing.
