The Offender Database reported that Vincent Chan, the Finchley Paedophile Child Molester, a nursery employee, has admitted guilt in one of the most distressing and intricate child sexual abuse enquiries conducted by the Metropolitan Police Service.
The conviction, encompassing 26 charges, signifies a disturbing development in the battle against crimes directed at society’s most vulnerable individuals.
Vincent Chan, 45 (28.10.80), a British citizen residing on Stanhope Avenue, Finchley, attended a pre-trial hearing at Wood Green Crown Court on Wednesday, 3 December.
Vincent Chan admitted to 26 charges concerning sexual assault against minors and the production and possession of obscene pictures of minors.
The charges consist of five counts of child sexual assault by penetration, four counts of child sexual assault by touching, eleven counts of taking indecent photographs or pseudo-images of a child, and six counts of creating indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child.
The latter offences encompassed photos from categories A, B, and C, with category A being the most egregious misuse.
The families of the identified youngsters have been directly contacted and are receiving specialised assistance.
A separate NSPCC helpline has been established for families of children who attended the nursery to address issues and provide support.
Vincent Chan is scheduled to be sentenced at the same court on Friday, January 23.
The person who employed 45-year-old Vincent Chan as a nursery carer has not been identified, and they will not face any charges or undergo an internal investigation.
