A Loughton Paedophile, Trevor Pearce, has admitted guilt to over a dozen crimes subsequent to the efforts of our teams overseeing registered sex offenders in Essex.
Trevor Pearce was previously convicted of three charges of producing indecent photos of children and one count of possessing forbidden images of children at Chelmsford Crown Court in September 2021.
He was subjected to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) for a duration of 10 years and received a nine-month prison term, suspended for two years.
He was registered as a sex offender for a duration of 10 years and is obligated to comply with the Sex Offender Notification Requirements.
Furthermore, the Management Of Sexual Or Violent Offenders (MOSOVO) Team conducted frequent visits to Trevor Pearce’s residence following his sentencing, during which he is obligated to let officers access to his phone and any gadgets in his possession.
During these trips, two mobile devices were examined, revealing photographs of child abuse.
The devices were confiscated and examined by our digital forensics specialists, revealing over 600 photos and videos located on the phones or in cloud storage linked to Trevor Pearce.
Additional illegal phones and tablets were confiscated during a warrant execution at Trevor Pearce’s residence in February 2025.
This indicated additional violations involving the use of undisclosed storage devices, the deletion of his browser history, and the non-disclosure of specific mobile applications – all of which constituted breaches of his SHPO.
The youngest victim in the materials is believed to be just one year old. We also discovered upskirting photographs associated with incidents perpetrated in Loughton.
On 3 September at Chelmsford Crown Court, 63-year-old Trevor Pearce, formerly of Castell Road in Loughton, pleaded guilty to:
- 12 counts of making an indecent image of children.
- One count of possessing extreme pornographic images.
- One count of recording an image under clothing to observe another without their consent.
- One count of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
He was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at the same court on 3 October. SO WE FOUND OUR OWN.
Once again, Essex Police have not released an image.
