A renowned Tower Hamlets Sex Offender osteopath, Torben Stig Hersborg, regarded as one of London’s most prolific voyeurs, was sentenced to over three years in prison today after confessing to capturing intimate photographs and films of thousands of women without their consent.
Torben Stig Hersborg, 64, of Tower Hamlets, London, clandestinely captured images and films of over 2,000 women in his clinic, as well as in public and private locations, including students residing in university housing throughout London, over a span exceeding ten years.
The magnitude of his transgressions, disclosed for the first time in court today by prosecutors, indicates that he is among the capital’s most prolific voyeurs in history.
Torben Stig Hersborg, a Danish national, possesses a roster of prominent celebrity clientele, including television stars and Olympians, and has been photographed with several of the country’s most renowned figures.
Torbern Stig Hersborg, born on 19 June 1961, received a sentence of three years and five months of incarceration and was subjected to a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Tuesday, 22 July 2025.
