The Offender Database has reported that Thomas Waller, the Farnham Paedophile and Child Molester, an 18-year-old nursery employee, has been incarcerated for sexual offences involving two minors.

Thomas Waller, aged 17 at the time of the incidents, was found guilty of rape, two charges of enticing a minor to engage in sexual conduct, and one count of possessing indecent photographs after a trial at Staines Magistrates Court in July.

Thomas Waller (24/04/2007), of Farnham, perpetrated the acts against two children during two weeks in August 2024 when they were under three years old.

He had recently obtained his qualification to work with children when parents of one of the victims expressed worries regarding a major assault that had been disclosed to them.

The personnel at the establishment, which cannot be identified for legal reasons to safeguard the victims’ identities, subsequently contacted the police. Thomas Waller was apprehended, and during the inquiry, indecent photographs of a second victim were found on his mobile phone, prompting the initiation of a subsequent investigation.

Today, (Friday, 14 November), Thomas Waller was sentenced to 10 years of incarceration for rape, accompanied by an extra five years of supervised release. Furthermore, he received a four-year term for soliciting a child to participate in sexual conduct and an additional year for possessing obscene photos, both sentences to be served concurrently.
