The Offender Database reported that Thomas Lowry, the Shrewsbury Paedophile Child Molester, referred to as the ‘Beast of Ballysillan,’ is currently residing in proximity to a primary school in the Crew Green vicinity of Shrewsbury.
Thomas Lowry served only two years of his four-year sentence for perpetrating “sickening and despicable” sexual assault against a 12-year-old female.
Lowry pleaded guilty to three charges:
- sexual assault of a child under 13
- encouraging a child under 13 to engage in sexual conduct
- inciting a kid aged 13 to 16 into sexual action
