The Offender Database has reported that Thomas Lockey, the Hale Paedophile and Child Molester, a 22-year-old, sent sexual messages to a police officer while acting as a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy.
Thomas Lockey pleaded guilty to the charges committed at a residence in Westside, Denholm, in June of last year and in February of this year.
The court heard that Thomas Lockey used the social media messaging platform Kik to communicate with what he believed to be young people.
However, he was actually speaking with an undercover online operative from Police Scotland.
He texted the 12-year-old girl obscene images and asked, “Any naughty pics?”
Thomas Lockey questioned the child if he was horny and if he had ever “had fun with guys”.
Thomas Lockey, who now resides in Hale near Manchester, had his sentence deferred until August 12 to allow for the completion of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Order examination.
He was also subject to the Sexual Offences Act’s notice requirements.
