In 2025, the Offender Database reported that Thomas Green, the Newcastle-under-Lyme Paedophile Child Molester, had been incarcerated for the sexual assault and rape of a minor in Staffordshire.
On Friday, December 19, Thomas Green, 28, from Cross Heath, Newcastle-under-Lyme, received a 14-year prison sentence with an additional three-year extended licence period after admitting guilt to two charges of child rape involving a victim under 16, one count of engaging in sexual activity with a child under 16, and one count of violating a restraining order.
The extended permit was granted following HHJ Smith’s assessment, which deemed Green to be ‘particularly dangerous’.
Thomas Green has been subjected to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
In January of this year, Thomas Green’s victim revealed that he had raped her in the summer of 2024.
Thomas Green was already under a restraining order. During the investigation, he violated the order.
He was apprehended in April, indicted, and detained in custody for punishment at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court.
