The Elche Paedophile, Thomas Freret, 39-year-old registered sex offender was living in Spain looking for new victims.
On July 14th, he was sentenced to six years in prison at Preston Crown Court after admitting to sexual communication with a minor, inciting a minor to participate in sexual conduct, and violating a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
The offences, occurring in Lancaster, stretch back to 2020 when the victim was under 12 years old.
Thomas Freret manipulated the victim for explicit conversations, images, and videos, instructing the victim to erase the messages to conceal his actions.
Investigations revealed that Thomas Freret, residing at an address in Elche, Spain, until his arrest on 10 November 2024, had been issued a Sexual Offences Prevention Order in 2013.
