Once again, Debbie Isepp and Matt Isepp, owners of the Beach Kitchen in Eastbourne, are making their presence known in the Elian Lickley saga, which we have been following.
Matt Isepp was named in the Lottbridge Golf Club (Lottbridge Drove, Eastbourne) Sexual Assault report made by Elian back in February 2023 and has since used various techniques to try and intimidate Elian in not proceeding with the complaint..
To reflect the spotlight from him, Matt Isepp accused Elian of stalking when he tried to find witnesses to support his police report of sexual assault.
Matt Isepp teamed up with three other people, also named in the sexual assaults, Ed Giddins, Nancy Jones (of Eastbourne), and Jake Nash (of Eastbourne).
And even got Ed Giddins’ (of Magham Down) nephew, Jack Giddins (of Eastbourne), involved. Along bizarrely, with some bloke they rounded up called Craig Ward (of Eastbourne)?!
