Tayler Thompson, the Kitts Green Racist Animal Abuser, engaged in a dispute with a woman outside his residence on Audley Road, Kitts Green, on June 17 of the previous year.

CCTV footage of the 28-year-old Black British father ruthlessly kicking the frail white woman’s dog rapidly gained traction on social media.

During Tayler Thompson’s incarceration on Thursday, July 2, Birmingham Crown Court was informed that he had instructed the woman: “Remove your dog from my property; I am exasperated by this mess.”

It was disclosed that neighbours responded against Tayler Thompson by vandalising his windows with eggs and leaving canine excrement on his driveway.

The court indicated no implication of the dog’s owner in the incident, which left her fearful of leaving her home and experiencing difficulties with sleep.

Police apprehended Tayler Thompson three days post-incident, but he resisted arrest.

Gary Cook, prosecuting, said: “He’d been reported making threats and banging on neighbours’ windows. People had taken umbrage to what he had done.

“He had eggs thrown at his window and a dog had done its business on his driveway. He was rather exercised about all that.”

He continued: “An attempt was made to escort him to the police car but he wouldn’t go.

“A police van was requested. He was placed in the police van and a section 32 search revealed a bag of cannabis in the pocket of his hoody.

“He was failing to go into the police van. He kept engaging with members of the public.

“He resisted to go into the van and stood on the bumper.

“He hit his head on the ceiling of the van. He would force his body onto the van door.

“Eventually he was placed in the back and escorted to the police station.

“While being booked in he made sustained racially offensive comments.

“It went on for two hours while holding him in the cell.”

Tayler Thompson directed his verbal tirade at two police constables saying ‘dead Europeans are the best Europeans’ and ‘f***ing Europeans you ruined England’. Are the police looking at him as a potential terrorist for the future, I’m betting not.

He also blasted ‘go back home you f***ing European dog’.

Remarkably, that was only the start of Tayler Thompson’s dreadful crime spree.

Having been bailed he terrorised his own mother by strangling her, beating her, trashing her home and threatening to burn it down by lighting a fire inside.

The court was told he had attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism which caused him trouble communicating and dealing with anger.

But an expert concluded the mental disorders did not reduce his culpability for his actions.

Annabel Hale, defending, explained Tayler Thompson was living a stable life until the end of his relationship and the loss of regular contact with his son.

Tayler Thompson was jailed for three years and two months having admitted 11 offences in total, including animal cruelty, arson, assault, possession of cannabis and multiple counts of strangulation, racial harassment and criminal damage.

Reacting to his attack on the dog last year Det Sgt Peta Haynes, from West Midlands Police, said: “This case understandably caused outrage when the video was shared on social media, and officers were quickly able to identify the offender and put him before the court.

“This was a really traumatic incident for the woman, who was simply walking her dog when Thompson verbally abused and kicked her dog in an unprovoked attack.

“Tayler Thompson also subjected our officers to racial abuse while being taken into custody.

“Our officers put their lives on the line every day to protect our communities and to receive this level of abuse is just unacceptable.

“This should send a strong message out to people that this kind of behaviour is not acceptable and that action will be taken.”
